Fluorescent Polystyrene Microspheres
Characteristic
Fluorescent polystyrene microspheres are monodisperse microspheres containing high-brightness fluorescent dyes. The fluorescent dyes are embedded in the microspheres, which can effectively prevent fluorescence quenching and reduce the influence of environmental factors on the fluorescence intensity. Some functional groups have no effect on immunoassays, detection, etc. This range of particle emission wavelengths covers the entire visible light range from 460 nm to 750 nm (excitation wavelengths are typically 30 – 40 nm lower than emission wavelengths).
